In some circumstances, your account may be eligible for reactivation with any existing subscription intact. Reactivating an eligible account will incur a cost of 50 RHP Coins as admin fee.
To see if your account is eligible for reactivation, please go to the login page on the App or desktop version of RedHotPie. Please log in as usual with your username and password. If you do not remember your RHP password, please send a support ticket to our Billing staff to see if your account can be reactivated.
If you have the correct username and password, and your account is eligible for reactivation, you will be prompted to pay for RHP Coins. Please follow the process to purchase sufficient coins.
If you had at least 50 RHP Coins in your account before deactivating, then you will automatically be taken to the home page of your account.
If you are not given the opportunity to reactivate your account then please consider if your account was terminated by us for breaching our Terms of Use, or if you deleted the account over six months ago. In these circumstances, your account cannot be reactivated, even if you contact us directly.
