Please note that while profile verification is highly recommended, it is not mandatory. However, if there are grounds for us to feel that a user may be misrepresenting themselves or the account may be used for non-genuine reasons (trolling, catfishing etc.), we will impose a verification block on your account. This means that you will not be able to send or reply to messages until you verify your profile. Once you verify your profile you can send and reply to messages freely.
If you object to verifying your profile then you're welcome to contact us but please accept that in most cases, we will have had grounds to place the block on your account and you will need to verify your profile in order to send messages again.
