Want your Conversations to stand out? With our new Messenger Gifts, you can jazz up your chat and increase your chances of matching, getting replies and hooking up.
RedHotPie Members can now send virtual gifts directly to other members in order to show interest, support, or highlight a conversation. Once you send a gift, your Conversation moves to the top of the recipient Inbox and is highlighted according to the gift value (The higher the value, the higher the messages appears in the recipient's inbox).
Once a gift is opened, the recipient of virtual gifts gets credited with Diamonds which can then be used to claim prizes from the RedHotPie store.
To send Messenger Gifts, you'll first need to get some RHP Coins, the currency of the RHP universe. With RHP Coins, you'll be able to unlock a raft of exclusive premium content and features. Messenger Gifts is the first of these features we're introducing this month.

Can I convert my Gifts/Diamonds to cash?
No, you can only convert them to awards/prizes from the RHP store.
When are gifts converted to Diamonds?
Once Gifts are opened, they are converted into Diamonds and added to your wallet. Unopened Gifts are not converted to Diamonds.
Do I have to send a "Thank you" reply to get awarded Diamonds?
No, you just need to open the gift to get awarded your Diamonds, however, it's probably good form to reply "Thank you", and you might get more gifts!
Can I claim back a gift I sent by mistake?
No, once a gift is sent, you cannot ask for it back or have the coins refunded.
When I send a gift, does my Conversation go to the top of the recipient's Inbox?
Yes, once you send a gift, your Conversation goes on top of the recipient's Inbox along with other Conversations that are also sent with gifts.
The higher the gift value you send, the more highlighted it is.
Conversations with new gifts will stay on top of the recipient Inbox until they are read, they then go back to their place down the list.
