Try to log into the RedHotPie App (not the website) with the device connected to your iTunes account, visit Settings then Subscriptions and tap Restore Purchases, this should synchronise your profile with your subscription.
- OTHER PAYMENT METHODS
Depending on what time of the day and which day of the week you deposited your payment, it may take up to two business days to process your membership. If you did not quote your reference number to us, then it may take some additional time to cross-reference details.
