Firstly, please go over the RedHotPie photo guidelines and consider if your image breached those guidelines. In particular, we have updated our guideline recently in terms of what can be posted in your public gallery. If you tried posting a full-frontal nude shot or something that depicts sexual activity, it will get rejected automatically. Please post intimate photos to your private albums.
Photos that feature fully identifiable people other than the actual RHP member are likely to be rejected. Before you upload a photo with friends in it, please think about whether the other person in the photo will want to be identified via RedHotPie. You can use the cropping tool in the Managing Photos area (once you upload an image) to crop out people who shouldn't be visible.
For example, if you are a single male, this image is not appropriate:
Please amend the photo by either cropping it or obscuring the other person/s:
Please also note that regardless of cropping and blurring, photos that include minors in any way will be rejected. Please avoid uploading photos with even portions of a child appearing in it:
Photos that are of inadequate quality, especially where we cannot readily work out what is being depicted in the photo may also be rejected. If we consider an image to be in bad taste or not in the spirit of the RedHotPie Community then it will also be excluded. We also discourage our members from posting montages (collage of 2+ photos) as they are hard to view as main photos, especially as small avatars that are used throughout RedHotPie.
Rejected photos no longer remain in albums so if you wish to enquire about a rejected image, then please contact support and attach the image in question to your support ticket.
