To search for an active RedHotPie member who hasn't blocked you, you must:
App/Mobile Web: Click on the magnifying glass icon on the lower nav area (Discover), then click on the search icon on the top right. Under Refine Search, click on 'More' to perform a username search.
On the website, go to Discover >> Advanced Search (bottom of left column) and perform a username search.
