RedHotPie's Customer Support Team continually attend to support tickets and you should generally receive some form of response from us. You will be notified of any support ticket response through email (as long as your email address registered with your RHP account is valid) and a notification on the website or App. The notification can be missed however so please access the Help & Support area manually if you are expecting a response.
If you have not heard back from RHP Customer Support, please check the Help & Support section in your account via Settings. Please click on the 'Ticket List' link to see the status of any sent ticket. You can read and reply to tickets via this link.
If you do not see a response from us, then please start a new ticket by clicking on 'Contact Support'. It may be that we are investigating an issue and waiting for a conclusive answer before replying to you but in most cases you should hear back from RHP Customer Support within 24 hours, with some delays expected on weekends and public holidays.
Please also note that if you have sent more than one support ticket in 24 hours about the same matter, we may close one for ease of keeping track of things so please check Help & Support >> Ticket List and see if you received a response.
