Firstly, if you have only just upgraded via credit card, then please try logging out of the App or website, and then logging back in. It may be that your browser or the App has not registered the upgraded status as yet. If you are still not able to start a Conversation:
- Please note that if someone you are trying to contact has opted to only receive messages from people who match what they are looking for, or people who they are Friends with or Fav'd, or they have locked their inbox, you will not be able to start a Conversation with them.
- Please go over how many Conversations you started for the day. You may have reached your daily quota and will need to wait until tomorrow to start new Conversations.
