Major issues related to the initial changeover of RHP's website and App have been resolved to this date (18/05/20), with our technical team now focussing on rectifying minor issues. If you are still unable to log in to your account easily or have problems using the new website then you are not experiencing the new RHP as intended and the most likely cause is your hardware and/or software setup.
Please make sure you have download the latest version of your browser. If you are not sure how to do that, please refer to your browser's Help section. For Google Chrome for example, please go to www.google.com/chrome/ and following the instructions to download the newest version you computer or device can manage.
Once you have the new version installed, please type redhotpie.com.au into the URL bar (please do not use a bookmark or link) and type in your username and password (please do not use any auto-filled details). This should let you log in and experience the new website without issue.
If you are still not able to use RHP optimally, then please do a hard refresh of your browser to remove any cached data related to your RHP log in. You can find the instructions to clear the cache for your browser here: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/how-to-clear-browser-cache/
If this does not resolve the problems AND you have tried accessing RHP via more than one browser and preferably device (if you have a smartphone, please advise), then please contact support.
