Please ensure you have access to the email account attached to your account AND that you are able to receive emails from RedHotPie. Please note that some workplace servers may block emails from RHP or they are immediately 'junked' so you will need to check the Junk Mail folder.
If you cannot readily see an email from us in your Inbox or Junk Mail folder, then please use the search bar and search for 'reset password' to locate the email.
If you still do not receive an email after a second attempt, please contact us. As long as your account been accessed fairly recently then we can manually reset your password and grant you access. If you are trying to access a very old, inactive account then please understand that we may choose to delete the account and ask you to create a new one.
Finally, if you simply wish to access your account in order to delete it, then please advise as we can do that for you without you having to log in.
